Signups for 2010 are now open.

This year we’ve made a few changes.

• Signups will be online and not via the AEZ list.
• We are asking for all large camps to provide a list of everyone in their camp.
• Lastly, Jonathan from Arizona has kindly offered to help beautify the village with the addition of flags and banners. You can see an example here:

As such we’d like each and every camp to assist in the project by expressing your interest in any or all of the following:

• Purchase a flag and flagpole for a mimimal fee (The pole is telescopic and Jonathan will pre-order everything for you)
• Obtain solar path lights for the camp/village
• A Silk banner to cover your truck

Other than that, we’ve tried to mimimise the questions to as few as possible.

The form is part of a Google doc and it should just load in any browser, but if you are having problems, please contact the AEZ list
